Medsea Group S.p.A. is a joint stock company, incorporated with a share capital of 4,700,000.00 euros i.v., formed from the merger of two entrepreneurial entities with established experience in the food distribution, catering and ship bunkering sectors. We operate on major charters, support owners of new and used vessels (including yachts and mega yachts) and provide services both for our own units and for third parties.

Due to the growing demand in the marine industry, we founded Medsea Group S.p.A. with the aim of offering state-of-the-art maritime services, which constitute our core business: maritime and coastal passenger transport, yacht and mega yacht charters.
